We have the simple traditional recipes, and have added modern twists to these South American delicacies.

BAKING FROM THE VALLEY
Baking from the Valley means going back home, the memories I had growing up in the afternoon around 5 pm with a fresh windy and the son coming down, with the sing of the birds and waiting to start the best supper or show or just get ready for the weekend with family or friends, we had the tradition of having a cheese-bono with coffee or coke by then, so that’s why I name this baking addition to my products as Baking from the Valley which for those who knows its a county or department of Colombia name Valle del Cauca. To this line of Baking from the Valley I had incorporated, frozen cheese-bono, yuca-bono and cheese bites, the come packed frozen and ready to put I your oven and you can have them as fresh and enjoy with your prefer drink!
